About Doak Embrey

Doak was born and raised in Austin, Texas and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. 

As a native Austinite, Doak has witnessed Austin’s explosive and exciting growth – 123.5 percent since the 1970’s, making it the third fastest growing city in the nation. His intimate knowledge of this region, having experiences from living here all his life, and passion for real estate gave him an enthusiasm and a desire to help others find their perfect home in Austin.

Doak became interested in real estate when he and his wife decided to purchase and remodel a house as an investment property. Immediately after that experience he went on to pursue his real estate license.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Doak held sales and leadership roles for over 20 years. He spent his first 15 years at Dell Technologies and then transitioned into the startup world, working for two healthcare startups for 6 years. His attention to detail and passion in helping others achieve their goals is what set him apart from his colleagues, winning multiple awards and achievements throughout his career.

Doak is conscientious Realtor® who exudes credibility, commitment and determination. His passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach.
