Jordan Wade is a native Austinite and a University of Texas graduate, so her wealth of knowledge about the city is as prodigious as her passion for it.
Her affection for the Central Texas area is rivaled only by her enthusiasm for real estate– helping Luisa’s clients find the perfect home.
Jordan finished top five in her class in terms of sales volume as a rookie agent with Keller Williams, before making the switch to Luisa Mauro Real Estate in 2015.
Jordan is no stranger to high pressure situations, having worked as a staffer in the Texas House of Representatives during the historic 83rd Legislative Session. With her legislative expertise, Jordan keeps a watchful eye on current events and new policy implementation in Texas so that she can better predict how the state’s real estate market will react in the future.
Even Jordan’s free time revolves around facets of the real estate industry. When she isn’t helping clients or researching market trends, Jordan is watching HGTV, embarking on DIY projects or finding budget-friendly decorating solutions for those special spaces in a home.
Jordan began her professional career in Austin as an actress, earning her Screen Actors Guild card for her work on NBC’s Friday Night Lights. She appeared in several films, including the Golden Globe-winning Boyhood. Jordan also worked as a casting assistant and crew member on multiple projects.
She transitioned from film to marketing by heading up the social media marketing and special event coordination for the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce– where her work garnered multiple Texas Festival and Events Association awards in 2011. While working for the Chamber she also co-founded the Young Professionals Network of Lufkin.
Jordan is thrilled to have the opportunity to call Luisa Mauro Real Estate, and is looking forward to providing best-in-class service to Luisa’s clients.
