About Wade McDonald

Wade was born in Northeast Texas but has lived in the great city of Austin, Texas most of his life. As a longtime South Austin resident, he has seen Austin grow up and feels fortunate to be a real estate professional in this amazing place.  Austin is changing so rapidly, and it’s truly one of the best places in the world to call home.

Wade has been working in real estate for over 20 years. In addition to being a realtor, part of his experience is as a real estate appraiser. Appraisal experience gives him additional insight into how lenders operate, how appraisers think and value homes and ways to maximize value for your home before listing. Wade provides clients the ability to negotiate their sale price based on market data that is fully supported. He is intimately familiar with the entire central Texas market. He can help identify the absolute best location for you and your family. 

When not talking real estate, Wade is heavily involved in the community. He volunteers as the football commissioner for the Hill Country Pop Warner youth football organization. Wade played golf in college and is a former PGA teaching professional. Golf took a backseat after he found tennis in his 30’s. You can usually find him on the court in his spare time. Wade has had season tickets for all Texas Longhorn sports since the 90’s!
