Today we’re going to share tips to refresh your home. The first recommendation is to paint. You can paint inexpensively, and it immediately makes your home feel newer. The top color right now is white, bright white, Chantilly Lace, White Dove are color recommendations. Snowbound and Alabaster by Sherwin Williams are clean and fresh.
The second is wallpaper. If it’s in an area you prefer paint, you do not need to strip it. If it’s glued down, you can seal it over, spackle the seams, sand, prime and paint, and it will not show that wallpaper was there.
If you have an older kitchen and have older cabinets, the third recommendation is to paint the cabinets. It’s easier and most cost effective to paint them. It though should be professionally done as doing it correctly will make a kitchen pop.
