There are a couple of programs we offer that can help you find your next home before selling your current house. The first involves working with one of our partners who will buy your next home before you sell your current property. Then when you do sell, you’ll buy the home from them.
Another program with our lender allows you to obtain a bridge loan. If you owe $400,000 but could sell for $800,000, the equity will be loaned to you to use as a down payment on your new house. When you close on your home sale, you’ll then have the money to pay off the bridge loan.
