About Karly Chance

Karly is a native Californian but her Texas roots run deep! She’s been visiting Texas all her life and the majority of her family has called Texas home for over 80 years. Her grandpa proudly served the Houston PD for 40 years while her grandma was a successful realtor in the Houston area. After attending college in San Diego, she moved to rural Missouri where she specialized in military relocation and land sales. She loved the tight-knit community in Missouri and is excited to build that same network in Austin.

Karly has a strong background in customer service and strives to make the buying and selling process as seamless as it is exciting. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor, she’s dedicated to backing her clients every step of the way, keeping you informed and negotiating on your behalf. 

In her free time, you’ll find her exploring Austin with her German Shepherd, Willow. Her best time is spent outside – whether it’s hiking, snowboarding, or simply spending the day on the lake. She enjoys traveling, going to concerts and is always up for a friendly game of Rummikub!
