About Maria Orrick

Maria was born and raised in the beautiful country of Uruguay in South America. After a couple of years attending law school, at the age of 20, she made the decision to move to the United States in search of the American dream. She has called Austin home for the past 17 years, and she has always had a passion for business and architecture. 

Maria’s attention to detail, perseverance, determination, love for challenge and helping others has flourished during the past two decades. She lived in Houston for 5 years after arriving in the United States and worked as a business manager for Shell. In 2005 she moved to Austin and experienced her first taste at flipping a house located in downtown Austin.  She also created a highly successful business in Amazon alongside her ex-husband. 

She is a real estate investor herself, and Maria is personally involved in the buying and selling of properties. As a licensed realtor, she has the opportunity to share her knowledge with her clients and exceeds their expectations with all their real estate needs. She is a skillful negotiator, and she passionately believes in a consultative and friendly approach. Maria has devoted herself to her passion for helping others, to empower her clients to make the best possible choice that is consistent with their personal goals and lifestyle. 

 
Outside real estate you will find Maria with her teenage son, Max, her biggest accomplishment. She is an avid athlete and a very competitive tennis player participating in local leagues and tournaments. Maria also enjoys cooking at home, Latin dancing and travelling the world.
