About Cathy Harvey

Born in Indiana and raised in Texas since the age of 3, Cathy’s entrepreneurial spirit blossomed early. She is a former business owner with over 20 years of building and maintaining long-term client relationships in real estate and health and wellness industries. Cathy started her real estate career in 1993 northwest of Houston and later transitioned to owning a Curves for Women franchise. A decade-long career in nutrition was spawned by her passion for a healthy lifestyle, where she undoubtedly impacted many lives positively.

In her real estate business, Cathy is driven by a strong work ethic, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others. She takes pride in her professionalism and maintains meaningful relationships with her clients, whether they are buying, selling, leasing, or renovating properties. Her eye for design and experience in renovating homes make her a valuable asset. As a property owner herself she owns multiple properties, ranging from long term to mid-term leases. This allows her to provide a higher level of guidance for her clients to enter and or grow their investment real estate portfolio.

Outside of work, Cathy stays active by running, kickboxing, and working out. Her love for health extends to her personal life, as seen in her frequent visits to farmers’ markets and the time she spends with her puppy, Bailey. This well-rounded lifestyle reflects Cathy’s dedication to both her own well-being and the well-being of those she serves in her professional endeavors.
